Welcome back to a productive fourth quarter here at KMS. I am looking forward to the wonderful learning targets as we move into the last 9 weeks of the 2012-13 year.
Students will be preparing for the upcoming Class Based Assessment on Constitutional Issues in Social Studies and we will be exploring the 19th century.
Drama students will also be preparing for Class Based Performance assessments this quarter. They are about to write and rehearse to perform short two to three person scenes. This project will be a culmination every learning target related to an actor's preparation from last quarter.
Health is wrapping up the quarter with a unit on communicable diseases.
I will be posting a weekly overview for each of my classe on this site, that will include daily lessons and learning targets.
Students will be able to access all lesson material, as well as any reading assigments from the text book in both Social Studies and health. Parents, please feel free to check on student assignments and print them out as you need them.
