School Improvement Plans - Road Maps for Success

Each North Kitsap school develops an annual School Improvement Plan (SIP) as a roadmap to achieving a set of goals designed to improve student achievement. The plans are created by involving the entire school community including teachers, staff and parents. Once the goals are identified, a school action plan is developed that describes the effective methods and instructional practices used to meet the goals. The action plan includes checkpoints and completion dates, necessary resources and measures of success.
